What exercise can I do to show lower abs?
Firstly, as lower and upper abs are the same muscle called rectus abdominis (Ra), you can't isolate the two areas of the same muscle. Most well known abs exercises activate more muscle fibers in the upper region of RA.

Secondly, the only way you can see your lower region of RA is when your body fat is low enough. Most of the fat in your body is stored just underneath your skin (subcutaneous fat) and as you are losing weight/fat the last area of your body that will lose fat is just below your belly button or lower abs area.
Doing cardio and eating a low carbs diet will eventually reveal the lower part of RA. When you have your six pack abs you should do different abs exercises in your routine to get a full abs workout.
